Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using FridgeMealsAI. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use FridgeMealsAI.
FridgeMealsAI is a mobile application that generates AI-powered meal ideas based on ingredients you provide. References to "we", "our", or "us" refer to the FridgeMealsAI team.
You must be at least 13 years old to use FridgeMealsAI. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You may sign in using a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not use another person's account without their permission. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
Free Tier
Free users receive 2 AI recipe generations per day. Additional generations may be unlocked by watching a rewarded video advertisement (up to 50 per day). Free users may save up to 5 favorite recipes, stored locally on their device.
Pro Subscription
A Pro subscription ($14.99/year) unlocks:
Subscriptions are billed annually through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. Payment, billing, and cancellation are governed by the terms of the applicable store.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. Refunds are subject to the refund policies of Apple or Google, not FridgeMealsAI.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price change.
FridgeMealsAI uses third-party AI models (Groq, Google Gemini) to generate recipe suggestions and nutritional estimates. You acknowledge that:
FridgeMealsAI is not a medical or dietary service. Nothing in the app constitutes medical, nutritional, or health advice.

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these rules.
The FridgeMealsAI name, logo, design, and all original content created by us are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without our written permission.
AI-generated recipes produced by the app based on your ingredients are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. We do not claim ownership of content you generate through normal use of the app.
When you enter ingredients, save recipes, or provide health data, you retain ownership of that content. By using the app, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.
We do not use your personal recipes or health data to train AI models.
FridgeMealsAI integrates with third-party services including Firebase, Groq, Google Gemini, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, Apple Health, and Google Health Connect. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
Health platform integration (Apple Health / Google Health Connect) is optional. Connecting grants the app read-only access to selected health data on your device. This access can be revoked at any time in your device settings without affecting other app functionality.
Ads displayed to free users are served by Google AdMob. We do not control the content of those ads. If you encounter an inappropriate ad, please report it directly to Google.
FridgeMealsAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FridgeMealsAI and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FridgeMealsAI and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the app.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Sections 7, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction in the country where the service is operated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of FridgeMealsAI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
